What we don't do
We're an emergency repair service, not a design or build agency. For a fixed £50 we fix what's broken — we don't take on:
- New websites or full rebuilds
- Design work or visual redesigns
- Custom plugin or theme development
- Bulk content entry or data entry
- Ongoing hosting or maintenance retainers
- SEO campaigns or marketing
See everything, in real time
Most emergency support is a black box — you email, then wait. We built the opposite. Every £50 job gets its own live incident page:
A live SLA clock
We aim to reply in minutes and fix most issues within about two hours. The clock is on your screen, ticking, so you never have to chase.
A full incident timeline
Backup taken, plugin diff, test order, engineer notes — every step is timestamped and yours to read.
One thread with your engineer
Message the engineer working on your site directly, and share screenshots or logs on the job.
Encrypted login storage
Store WordPress, SFTP, SSH keys and git access securely. We even take SSH and git access others refuse. Every reveal is logged.

WordPress & WooCommerce support: your questions
Straight answers about our 24/7 emergency fixes.
Can you fix a hacked WordPress site?+
Yes. Hacked and malware-infected WordPress sites are one of the most common emergencies we handle. We take a forensic backup, remove the malicious code, close the vulnerability, rotate your passwords and security keys, and request a review from Google if your site was flagged. It's a single £50 fix.
My WooCommerce checkout isn't working — can you help?+
Absolutely. Broken checkouts, failing payment gateways (Stripe, PayPal and others), empty carts and stuck orders are our specialism. We diagnose the cause, roll back or fix the offending plugin, and place a real test order to prove customers can buy again before we close the job.
How much does it cost?+
£50 including UK VAT for one critical fix — no hourly billing and no retainers. If we can't fix your issue, you get a full refund.
How fast will someone respond?+
We're on shift 24/7. We aim to acknowledge new jobs within a couple of minutes and resolve most issues within around two hours. A live SLA clock on your job shows exactly where things stand — these are best-effort targets, shown honestly, not guarantees.
Do you take a backup before making changes?+
Always. Every job starts with a full backup before we touch anything, and it's recorded on your incident timeline so you can see it was done.
What WordPress problems do you fix?+
White screen of death, the site being down, plugin and theme conflicts, being locked out of wp-admin, contact forms not sending, email delivery problems, SSL/HTTPS errors, sudden slowdowns, and breakages after a migration or host move.
Can you access my site over SSH or git?+
Yes — SSH keys and git access are first-class for us, and we accept them where some providers won't. You can store WordPress, SFTP, SSH, database and hosting logins in our encrypted login storage; every time an engineer reveals one, it's recorded in an access log you can see.
What don't you do?+
We're emergency repair, not an agency. The £50 fix doesn't cover new websites, redesigns, custom plugin or theme development, bulk content entry, or ongoing hosting and maintenance retainers. If your need is bigger than one incident, we'll tell you honestly.
