How VAT works
All prices include UK VAT at 20%. The £50.00 you pay is £41.67 for the fix plus £8.33 VAT. You'll get a proper VAT invoice on your billing page once your payment clears.
Our refund promise
If we can't resolve your critical issue, we refund your £50.00 in full. We'll always be honest early if something is outside what a single fix can achieve.
